The Melbourne Detachment will be holding a concert with proceeds going to the Police Blue Ribbon Foundation, Penninsula Branch and the Frankston and Rosebud Hospitals. The Concert will be at The Frankston Arts Centre on Sunday the 29th of November, Starting at 2pm,
